Dr. Paul Finn is the head coach of both the men's and women's cross country teams at Saint Anselm, as well as the Chair of the Psychology Department. As a licensed Psychologist with research background in Behavioral Health, Sports Psychology and Neuropsychology, Dr. Finn brings a wealth of knowledge to the cross country programs.
Dr. Finn is a Certified Level I coach of the United States Track
and Field and is also Certified Level II Coach for Endurance
through USATF. He received the National Faculty Advisor Award
from the Psi Chi Honor Society and has coached two Student-Athletes
of the Year. Prior to coaching cross country, he coached well over
100 runners to completion of their marathons.

Michelle Massmann is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and a former student-athlete on the Hawks' women's cross country team. She currently works with LD children and is studying for her master's degree while maintaining an almost full-time commitment to the cross country program.
A high school soccer player, her
passion for running started with marathons during her early years
of college. Her interest grew and eventually carried over into
cross country, where in her senior year she scored for the Hawks in
every meet of the season. Her tireless work, leadership and
commitment makes her a valued addition to the cross country program
at Saint Anselm.
