Wenham, Mass. (October 5) -- Led by an 18th-place finish by Jessica Marzik (Shelton, Conn.), the Saint Anselm women's cross country team placed fifth out of 25 teams at the Pop Crowell Cross Country Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks finished with 162 points.

Boston, Mass. (September 27) -- At the 41st Annual Codfish Bowl Cross Country races at Franklin Park, the Saint Anselm women's cross country team finished eighth among 16 teams. In addition, the Hawks were the sixth Division II team to finish and fifth among Northeast-10 institutions.

Manchester, N.H. (September 13) -- At the 27th Annual Shacklette Invitational on Saturday morning, the Saint Anselm women's cross country team placed third with a total of 74 points. Leading the way for the Hawks was senior Alanna White in a time of 20:52.

Hawks Ranked Eighth in Preseason Regional Poll
The Saint Anselm women's cross country team is ranked eighth in the NCAA East Region Preseason Poll. The Hawks opened the season on Saturday afternoon with a fifth-place finish at the Amherst Invitational, outdistancing conference rival Merrimack College in the process.
