Corl, DeSantis Honored by ECAC Women's East

Cape Cod, Mass. (March 5)-Freshman defenseman Molly Corl (Danvers, Mass.) and senior forward Bianca DeSantis (Georgetown, Mass.) were honored by the ECAC Women's East, as announced by commissioner Rudy Keeling on Thursday.

Corl was selected by the coaches to the 2008-09 ECAC Women's East All-Rookie Team for her freshman campaign. She tied for fourth in the ECAC East in defenseman scoring in her freshman campaign with 16 points on three goals and 13 assists for the Hawks.

DeSantis was Honorable Mention in the ECAC Women's East for Saint Anselm in her senior year. The forward netted nine goals for the Hawks this season. She also led the team in assists (19) and points (28) to finish her career with 31 goals, 37 assists and 68 points in a Saint Anselm uniform.
