Manchester, N.H. (May 18, 2009) -- DeAnn Craft has been named as the Saint Anselm women's basketball head coach, announced Ed Cannon, director of athletics. Craft comes to Saint Anselm after six seasons as the head coach at Division I University of Texas-Pan American.

Howard Named to Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team
Easton, Mass. (February 27) -- Saint Anselm women's basketball freshman forward Megan Howard (St. Paul, Minn.) has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Rookie Team. Howard was the league's leading rookie point scorer and rebounder throughout the entire season.

Manchester, N.H. (February 24) -- In the season finale on Tuesday night, the Saint Anselm women's basketball team dropped a 75-61 final to visiting Saint Rose at Al Grenert Court at Stoutenburgh Gym. The Hawks end the season at 4-23 overall, 2-20 in league play.

Manchester, N.H. (February 21) -- At halftime of Saturday's men's basketball game, the basketball court at Stoutenburgh Gym was dedicated in honor of former men's basketball coach Al Grenert. A crowd of over 1,000 people packed the gym for the ceremony.
