Howard Honored For Sixth Time by Northeast-10

Easton, Mass. (February 9) -- Saint Anselm freshman forward Megan Howard (St. Paul, Minn.) was honored by the Northeast-10 as the league's women's basketball Freshman of the Week for the sixth time this season, as announced by the league today.
Howard averaged a double-double with 18.5 points and 10 rebounds per game, along with one assist per contest. She also shot 51.5 percent from the field for the week. Howard began the week with a 21-point, 13-rebound, two-assist game vs. Southern Connecticut, picking up her 13th double-double of the season. She then ended the week with a 16-point, seven-rebound effort at Saint Rose.
