Easton, Mass. (January 12) -- Saint Anselm freshman forward Megan Howard (St. Paul, Minn.) continued her stellar rookie season as she picked up her third Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week honor, as announced by the league office.

In three games last week, Howard averaged 19 points and 9.7 rebounds per game, along with one assist and 1.3 steals per contest. Her week was highlighted by a 22-point, 10-rebound double-double at Southern New Hampshire and a 20-point, 17-rebound double-double against No. 4 ranked Stonehill. In addition, she also shot 48 percent from the field.

The Hawks return to action on Wednesday, January 14th as the team hosts Merrimack for a 5:30 p.m. start at Stoutenburgh Gym.
