Greg Joseph enters his fourth season as the head coach of the Hawks in 2007. Joseph took over the Saint Anselm program in 2005 and guided the team to a 16-21 overall record and a 13-15 mark in the Northeast-10.

Last season, Joseph's team posted a 13-26 overall record and will look to rebound in 2008. Joseph welcomes back a number of solid returners and a talented group of newcomers as the team again begins its season with a trip to Florida before returning to face an always-challenging Northeast-10 Conference schedule.

Joseph brings a wealth of experience in coaching to the Hilltop and is entering his 22nd season as a coach in the greater Manchester, N.H. area. He has a longstanding tradition of success at the U18 level in both baseball and softball.

During the summer of 2005, as the head coach of the Good Rips Rockies, Joseph guided both the U23 and U18 teams to state championships. His 2002 U18 team also claimed the Cooper Invitational Tournament in Montreal, Quebec. He has served as the program's head coach since the 1997 season.

He also has the distinction of guiding the 1993 Bedford, N.H. Little League team to a National Runner-Up finish in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa. after claiming state and regional titles.

Joseph currently resides in Bedford, N.H., and works at Premium Vending Inc.

Doug Sidilau
Pitching Coach

Sidilau enters his third season as the Saint Anselm softball pitching coach.

In addition to his outstanding coaching resume, Sidilau also has an extensive playing background. He played for two years on the Keene High School state championship baseball team, was a two-year pitcher for the New Hampshire and New England American Legion Championship team from Keene and pitched for three years for semi-pro teams in Middletown and Hartford , Conn.

Sidilau currently resides in Manchester with his wife, Penny, and his daughter, Amy.

Kerry Finnigan
Assistant Coach

Finnigan enters this fourth season as the assistant coach of the Hawks. Finnigan is no stranger to the coaching scene, having coached in the Manchester Girl's Softball League since 1990.

In 1992, he took over as the head coach of the Senior Division, ages 13-16, and remained at the helm until 2000. From 1996 to 1999 he served on the Board of Directors for the league. He has also served as the junior varsity softball coach and the freshman boy's basketball coach at Manchester Central High School. He started college at Saint Anselm in 1975 before transferring to the University of New Hampshire-Manchester.

Finnigan currently resides in Manchester, N.H. and owns and operates a deli & catering a business in Bedford.

Nick Gabardina

Gabardina has been a long-time friend to the athletic program at Saint Anselm.

Gabardina has served in a number of capacities at the College . He has assisted several programs and was the school's head baseball coach from 1979-1986 and again in 1989. A New Hampshire coaching legend, Gabardina has served on the high school and local levels of play for decades. He has coached every sport from football to softball, guiding several distinguished professional athletes along the way.
