Murphy Named to NE-10 All-Tournament Team

Manchester, N.H. -- Saint Anselm senior Chris Murphy (Winchester, Mass.) earned a spot on the Northeast-10 All-Tournament Team for his play during the tournament. Murphy and the Hawks advanced to the semifinals of the tourney, falling to unbeaten and top-ranked Le Moyne.
Murphy had three goals and an assist in the two games as the Hawks upset No. 5 seeded Saint Michael's by a 14-13 final to earn the team's first semifinal berth under third-year head coach Rick Senatore.
A Northeast-10 All-Conference First Team selection, Murphy led the team with 51 points on 36 goals and 15 assists this season. He finished his career in fourth on the all-time Saint Anselm points list with 166, third in goals with 125 and seventh in assists with 41 for his career. In addition, Murphy was a finalist this year for the Saint Anselm Male Athlete of the Year Award.
