Hawks Take 2nd Spot in NE-10 Preseason Poll

South Easton, Mass. (November 6)-The Saint Anselm College men's ice hockey team was selected 2nd in the preseason Northeast-10 Conference Poll on Thursday receiving two first place votes and 22 points.
Saint Michael's College was chosen first picking up four first place votes and 24 points.
The Hawks were also picked to finish 9th in the ECAC Men's East Hockey Preseason Poll, while picking up 25 points in that poll. Norwich was picked to finish 1st in the league with 95 points and eight of 10 first place votes.
The Hawks finished last season 12-12-3 overall and 5-11-3 in league play. Saint Anselm opens up their season on Friday, October 21st, as they will play host to Skidmore at 7 p.m at Sullivan Arena.
