Faison returns for his fourth season on the bench as a member of the Saint Anselm men's basketball staff.

A former standout at Bentley College, Faison graduated from Bentley in 1980 and served as an assistant coach for the Falcons during the 1980-81 season. His most recent coaching experience before Saint Anselm was in the 1996-1997 season when he was the GM and head coach of the New Hampshire Thunderloons of the USBL. Prior to the USBL, Faison was the associate head coach at the University of New Hampshire for seven seasons from 1989-1996. He began his coaching career at UMass Lowell, where he served as an assistant coach from 1986-1989 and was on the staff when the team claimed the 1998 NCAA Division II National Championship.

Since 2005, Faison has been the sales manager for Prime Time Sports in North Reading, Mass. He currently resides in Hooksett, N.H., with his wife, Jennifer, and his two children, Austin and Courtney.
