Baudinet Named to All-Region Second Team

Albany, N.Y. (March 12) -- Saint Anselm sophomore guard Thomas Baudinet (Watertown, Conn.) has been named to the Daktronics NCAA Division II Men's Basketball East All-Region Second Team, as voted by the region's Sports Information Directors.

Baudinet, a Northeast-10 Third Team All-Conference selection, led the Hawks with 18.1 points per game. His scoring average also ranked him fourth in the Northeast-10 Conference. Baudinet, a one-time Northeast-10 Player of the Week, was named to the league's weekly honor roll 10 times during the 2008-2009 season.

Baudinet was named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Tournament Team as he helped the ninth-seeded Hawks make a run to the tournament semifinals, before falling to eventual champion Assumption College.
