Baudinet Earns NE-10 and ECAC Weekly Honors

Easton, Mass. (February 2) -- Saint Anselm sophomore guard Thomas Baudinet (Watertown, Conn.) was named as the Northeast-10 and ECAC Division II men's basketball Player of the Week for his play during the week ending February 1st.

Baudinet averaged 27.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and two assists per game in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. He shot 54.3 percent from the field, 52.9 percent from three-point land and knocked down nine three-pointers. In addition, he was a perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line.

In the win over New Haven, Baudinet had 27 points and shot 61.5 percent from the field, including five three-pointers. He ended the week with a 28-point effort in a loss to Assumption. In that game, he also had five rebounds, three assists and four three-pointers.

The Hawks are back in action on Wednesday night as the teams hosts Southern Connecticut for a 7:30 p.m. start at Stoutenburgh Gym.
