Stillman is now in his 12th year as the college's athletic equipment manager after leaving a banking career of more than 20 years.
The first full-time equipment manager the school has had, Stillman's responsiblilities include, but are not limited to, the acquisition of uniforms and equipment for the teams. Along with the purchase of these items, he also numbers and letters the uniforms and is responsible for the upkeep of these items. In addition, Stillman also handles the lining of all practice and game fields.
In addition to his duties as equipment manager, Stillman has served as men's and women's skiing head coach for the past four years.
In his spare time, he has been the head coach of the Goffstown High School softball team for the past 22 years. He has led the Grizzlies to three state titles while accumulating over 280 victories. His win total ranks him among the top five on the NHIAA All-Time list.

Stillman was an avid tennis player, winning the New Hampshire
state high school championship and then the men's title.
